A commercial site is judged by two audiences at once: staff and clients who expect courtesy, and opportunistic crime that tests the same door. KP commercial officers are trained for both — presentable in a lobby, unyielding on after-hours access, and fluent in the building’s fire, evacuation and contractor rules.

We deploy to office parks, standalone corporate buildings, medical suites and retail centres. Posts are written around tenant mix, trading hours and high-value rooms. Supervisors conduct unannounced inspections so the night shift is as sharp as the morning reception post.

Where tenants run 24-hour operations, we stagger posts, overlap handovers and keep a live radio bridge to the KP control room so a basement alarm is never a voicemail.
